COVID-19 Update

Since the local lockdowns were announced, we have had a number of prospective buyers and tenants asking if we can still arrange viewings. The answer is “yes” because under the reasonable excuse for indoor gatherings and being able to leave/enter an area in lockdown, the Welsh Government list “undertaking activities in connection with the purchase/sale/letting of residential property”. This means viewings are allowed, although we are only conducting when it is safe and absolutely necessary to do so. The emphasis will be on video viewings whenever possible.
